課程大綱: 1. Introduction 2. Mechanical Properties of Rocks 3. Model of the Stress-Strain of Rock Mass and Rock Classification related to its Mechanical Properties 4. Elasticity for Rock Mechanics 5. In Situ Stresses and in situ testing for determining rock properties 6. Applications of Rock Mechanics to Civil Engineeringa. 目標: 1. determine the properties of rocks associated with the project of interest. laboratory and/or in-situ testing have to be conducted measurement of the in-situ stress field may also needed. 2. model and predict the behavior of the rock mass when subjected to the new loads associated with the engineering structure that willbe built. 3. observe the behavior of the rock mass and the engineering structure during and after construction.
