1. 專案管理可應用於單一或跨領域,對企業和產業創新活動至關重要。 2. 企業持續的尋找方法來降低成本,主管們也經常被期待在他們傳統的責任外督導一些特別的專案。當一個專案較複雜不是單一個人可以完成時,專案經理被期待可帶領一個可能來自不同部門或不同背景的專案團隊,在規劃的預算及品質標準下,如期的完成專案。 3. 敏捷方法廣泛被應用於軟體開發、專案管理、創新創業及其他領域。本課程將介紹敏捷宣言及12原則及敏捷專案管理之應用。 4. 同學在課程中將實際參與不同情境之Workshop,以提升對敏捷方法的了解及應用能力。 5. 本課程內容將幫助同學在未來自行創業或任職於企業時,成為一位成功的專案經理,所需具備的專案管理基本知識與能力,並可將專案管理之方法應用於不同領域之專案上。本課程涵蓋之內容如教學進度表所述。單一或跨領域同學,透過分組活動,學習溝通與合作,並於期末提出一份自選主題之專案計畫書並依內容做簡報。 6. 授課教師為美國專案管理學會認證之資深專案管理師(PMP, since 2002)及Lean LaunchPad創業課程認證種子講師。曾負責國內500大企業(電信、金控、醫療、晶圓製造及封裝、便利超商及量販連鎖服務等)、政府單位、學校、非營利組織及跨國企業之資訊服務等專案,逾20年專案管理實務及教學經驗。
本課程沒有先修科目,各領域研究所同學,對於專案管理有興趣者都歡迎參加。
1) 同學可依教學單元之進度,學習填寫各類專案表格在專案實務上之應用。 2) 小組HW #1 ~ #10 需於次週上課前繳交,HW #11 & HW #12 可順延一週。
1. 學期作業 Students are required to read the chapters and articles indicated in the reading lists. The lecture will be given according to the integration based on the underlying articles connected between topics. Students (team work) are required to give a case study presentation and a project plan presentation on their chosen topic to the class at week 15, 16, 17 & 18. Presentations can be given last for a maximum of 30 minutes and a joint discussion followed after it. Presentations are to be prepared in PowerPoint, and should ensure that the necessary time limits. A hard copy of the slides should be given to the course coordinator prior to the oral presentation. 2. 考試狀況 Midterm Exam 25% 3. 評量方法 Assessment will be 40% for the participation in course activities and team home works, 25% for the midterm exam, 10% for the case study presentation and 25% for the final presentation & project plan.
