全球運籌管理

廿一世紀全球市場已從傳統的「企業對企業」之競爭演變為「供應鏈對供應鏈」的競爭態勢。「全球化」的趨勢,也使得各大企業的營運進化為全球採購、全球配銷的全球供應鏈。本課程除回顧傳統競爭策略的重點,亦介紹物流結合產銷存營運管理的供應鏈系統架構、供應鏈的規劃原理,策略配適與商業獲利模式,並探討電子化時代運籌管理的趨勢,期望訓練培養企業經理主管未來運用物流相關技術與供應鏈的管理來提昇公司企業及以及其供應鏈之整體競爭力。
