概述
Course Descriptions and Objectives: This course discusses non-market issues related to business strategy from top management perspective. Managerial non-market issues include social, political, and legal environments of business. Topics cover integrated strategy, activists and the media, legislation affecting business, regulation, international trade policy, and business ethics.
