The topics include introduction of life forms, gene and biomolecules, technology in generation of life, modification of biological molecules, diseases and conservation of life. Important structures and activities of life, disorders of the structures and functions, and the restoration using biomedical approaches will be discussed. The aging of life and related medical problems will also be covered. Through this course, the students will understand more about life and biomedical knowledge. Students are encouraged to engage in creative thinking in the prospects of life and biomedicine.
