概述
(一)理念引導: 1. 為何要服務?為何要做國際志工? 2. 標竿學習,從他人的經驗中看到成功服務方案應具備的元素。 3. 在認識服務地點和協力機構的過程中,深入了解當地需求。 4. 從他人經驗中,感受發揮自身專長可以為世界貢獻的可能性。 (二)實作服務: 1. 國內籌備階段: (1) 腦力激盪,並實際執行結合個人所學和特長的服務計畫。 (2) 從需求出發,建構解決問題的服務專案。 (3) 練習訂定方案執行各階段檢核指標,培養專案?理能力。 2. 國外實作階段: (1) 至印度拉達克Jamyang school及鄰近學校,進行「教學活動」、「教師工作坊」、「校園硬體改善」、「資訊系統檢測及維護」、「醫療保健」等服務。 (2)【未訂】至印尼Padang地區,進行「教育工作坊」、「田野調查」等服務。 (3) 與業界的專業人士共同執行服務方案,從專業的做事態度和思維中養成「跨界思考能力」。 (4) 深入世界異文化角落,在高強度的文化衝擊下建立「多元文化素養與國際視野」。 (三)反思: 1. 沈澱內心,總結學習與成長,並肯定個人價值。 2. 記錄並分享自身經驗,影響並激勵更多人為社會奉獻。

| 第 2 週 | 志工基礎訓練 Volunteer Basic Training 透過網路課程說明志願服務法的認識、志願服務倫理的瞭解、如何瞭解自己與肯定自己,進而到志願服務的內涵與發展趨勢;與志願服務的經驗分享,多元的面向角度讓志工的訓練課程更為面面俱到,也讓學習者更瞭解志工應具備的認知與涵養。 Through online courses, we will introduce the volunteer service law, the volunteer service ethics, how to understand ourselves and affirm ourselves, these for the connotation and development trend of volunteer service. Moreover, experience sharing with volunteer service and diversified face-to-face training for volunteers Courses are more comprehensive, it also allow learners to better understand the volunteers should have the knowledge and conservation. 要註冊!!!
