概述

This course intends to give a tutorial broad view on the growth, fabrication, phsyics and application of emergent solid-state nanostructures. The main focus will be more on the physics apect of nano-materials, nano-optics and nano-structured devices, and its link to fundamental physics and novel applications in future.
