The purpose of this course is to provide you with the practical knowledge of how to conduct personnel selection research, the methodology used in personnel selection and provide knowledge regarding specific predictors and methods commonly used in personnel research.
統計學
教學要點概述:Each week we will discuss different topics and students are required to read the paper and write the paper summary before each session. Each week a student will lead the discussion and everyone is expected to participate in the discussion. Each group will turn in a group final project and write a research proposal and present your research proposal in the end of semester.
