GDP利率,失業率,貨幣供應量與企業經營,投資的關係. 創業或企業成長 8. 老莊易經自然法則與股市技術面的關係 The objectives of the EMBA program are aiming to 1) building business connections, 2) acquiring a degree and 3) learning of academic systematic knowledge that is practical and useful to business management. Under this course, we present to students a practical approach toward managing a business successfully with a repeatable method. At first, through the introduction of Yi Ching and Lau Tze, we establish a fundamental theory or model for the development of a successful business. By observing natural phenomena closely, we may be able to derive the fundamental rules that govern the universe. If we follow the rules, there is a way that leads to success. Financial statements are one set of numbers that represent a business in the form of money machine model. Reading the financial statements in depth, we discover that all business quality aspects of a company lie in the statements. In order to be able to interpret the statements within limited time, we model the business into a set of 15 numbers. In the class, we study in depth the operational meanings of all 15 numbers. Learning this method, students are enabled to analyze and comments on a business. As a manager, one would be able to improve the performance of the business, while as an investor, one should be able to pick a better investment target. Many practical examples will be used as case studies to allow students to practice and thereby experience how a business is run. At the end of semester, students are required to do case studies and make final presentations in the class.

學期作業: 練習簡化財務報表,解讀財務報表及物理意義,熟悉宏觀經濟,銀行金融體系,GDP利率,失業率與經營企業的關係,創業或企業成長的自然法則。解讀財經報紙的基本知識與企業經營的關係。老莊易經哲理對企業的指導作用。考試狀況: * 學習心得報告 *參加分組研究企業與產業,以17數字為基礎,計算企業經營品質,風險,大經濟環境的影響,以及計算企業基本價值並與股價做比較。 *闡述企業經營與數字所顯示的差異評量方法: 上課出席 30% 參與討論 30% 期末報告 40%

企業:一部賺錢機器 A.首日 (1)介紹整個課程內容、專題研究、分組、報告時間 (2)分組,並選出組長 (3)研究題目的提出與討論 B.課程目的: 以賺錢機器為模型,財務報表數字為依據,分析企業經營的強弱點,並依其強弱程度提出改善企業經營體質的策略與步驟,並以獲利能力指標為改善成效依據,檢驗成績不斷修正以止於至善。而企業領導人物CEO的成功應取決於:態度、認識、能力、決心及其對人生哲學的認識。 C.課程大綱: (a) 介紹賺錢機器模型大略 (b) 賺錢機器由五個零件組成,各司其職,並可按財務報表的數字,將五個零件的優劣數字化,做為改進的根據。 (c)本課程分為六個單元 1. 賺錢系統的哲理基礎:做事成功之道,把哲學、科學、數學及宗教層面所描述的成功之道綜合起來,深入淺出,闡述企業經營成功之道 2. 財務知識(工具):財務報表對測量賺錢機器的財務報表數字化工具,將運用到之處詳加討論,包括 -金錢的時間價值 -現金流量的意義與計算方法 -三個財務報表的解讀 3. 投資知識(工具):投資基本知識(包括NPV、IRR、ROA、 ROIC、ROE、Cost of Capital) 4. 經濟學知識(環境)經濟學概要(利率、就業、GDP的定義以及對企業管理的意義) 5. 企業管理:賺錢機器,創新,有數字做為依據的創新 -價值的創造 -經營管理 -資產(資源)獲利能力 -競爭力 -定位與聚焦 6. 學員將分若干組,對相關企業進行研究,並提出報告。 D.EMBA學什麼(*attached) 1.調製賺錢機器的方法、工具 = 道 2.財務報表的探討 (1)金錢與金錢的時間價值 (2)年金的計算方法 (3)三個財務報表 (4)現金流量的計算方法 3.投資ABC (1)投資管理:IRR的定義(NPV & IRR) (2)投資回報率的意義:ROA、ROIC、ROE,Cost of Capital的計算 4.經濟學ABC (1)利率及其影響 (2)對GDP的認識 (3)就業的意義 5.賺錢機器解析 (1) 賺錢機器的五個部分,溫度計的計算及其意義 (2) 五個零件分為: 價值的創造、經營管理、資產獲利率、競爭力、定位聚焦 (3) 名言應用到賺錢機器 6.研究與報告 7.四個team的研究報告 8.各個Team 應挑選研究對象(三家企業) 9.依其五個指標,過去3年以來的表現做分析比對 10.尋找出它們所代表的意義 11.建議改善方法 E.與企業CEO交流座談,體會賺錢機器的奧妙
