Weekly quizzes (the average of all weekly quizzes multiplied by 6) 30 points Midterm examination 25 points Final examination 35 points Film quizzes (on 2 assigned films) 10 points 5% of extra bonus (if full attendance, with total 85 as ceiling) Total 100 points If you have a full attendance the whole semester, you will receive a 5% extra grade for your overall semester grade. For example, if your grade is 80, it will be increased to 84. If after the adjustment your grade exceeds 85, you receive 85. This bonus grade, as well as the due credit(s) for your missing quiz(zes) (see below), will only be calculated and added to your overall grade by the semester’s end.
