元件設計與模擬實驗

The course aims to teach students to use modern integrated circuit device simulation software to design and implement integrated circuit device. By interpretation of instructions and examples, students will be able to understand the device design, simulation, analysis, diagnostics, and application. 本課程旨在教導學生使用當代積體電路元件模擬軟體去設計與模擬實作積體電路元件。以指令解說與範例實作讓學生了解元件的設計、模擬、分析、診斷與應用。

No pre-required 無先備課程

1. We will distributed the hard-copy of lecture notes. 一、實驗之各回講義皆發放給修課同學,課程相關事項公告於學校課程網站。 2. Teacher will brief the Lab basics and students follow TA's guidance for each Lab. 二、每實驗單元先講授基本原理以及實驗注意事項,修課學生進行實驗,並接受評分。

實驗單元/Simulation Labs.: 60%; (you are requested to finish each Lab; 完成每回實驗; 隨堂驗收並撰寫實驗報告) 期末筆試/Final Exam: 10%; (final exam will be an open book exam; 手寫期末筆試) 期末專題/Term project: 30%. (Final term project by TCAD tools; 完成課堂選定的期末專題)
