渠道水力學

This course covers principles of flow in open channels, conservation laws, critical flow, uniform flow, gradually varied flow, flow through hydraulic structures, unsteady flow and routing, and some relevant software tools. Analytical and numerical techniques will be discussed; programming assignments will be carried out in common software.

Fluid mechanics

Four or five assignments will be assigned in lecture and will typically be due within two week. One midterm exam will be held. A final project report will be required. Students should work on it individually. Topic suggestions and more details will be provided in class.
