概述
This course aims at helping students understand what is the scope of transportation project evaluation and how to conduct the evaluation work theoretically and practically.

1. Three homeworks and one term project. 2. One midterm exam. 3. Evaluation and grading policy: Classroom participation 10%, Assignments 20%, Midterm examination 30%, Final project report 40%.
