概述

Introduce modern technologies commonly used in cancer research and molecular mechanisms accounting to tumorigenesis, particularly cell signaling, cancer stem cells, epigenomic regulation, cancer metabolism and cancer immunology. The goal of this course is to provide students with advanced knowledge about tumor biology, and strengthen their ability in paper reading, presentation and scientific communication through their participation in presenting most updated research papers during classes. This course will be helpful for students who is conducting research in cancer biology field. 介紹現今研究腫瘤生物學之分子生物學技術及腫瘤發生的分子機轉,並配合最新之研究論文,以期授與學生進階之腫瘤生物學知識,有助於相關研究之進行並訓練學生閱讀論文, 表達,發問,及討論之能力.

先修科目

Molecular Biology分子生物學; Biochemistry 生物化學; or Tumor Biology 腫瘤生物學

教學方式

The teacher will give lectures and then students present the assigned papers. Teacher and students will raise questions and comments during and after each presentation. 先由教師授課,再由學生報告相關文獻並進行提問討論以期深入瞭解並應用所學內容
