概述
本課程主要為研究所階段的社會心理學的簡介。其目的希望學習者能在瞭解社會心理學的基本理論後,能藉此對個人對自我和他人有更深入的瞭解,並且能應用所學的知識到日常生活及社會相關問題。學生在修完本課程之後,應該具有下列能力: 1.瞭解社會情境在人類思想、感覺和行為的角色 2.能夠以批判和科學的方式來思考社會心理學的研究 3.有能力展示社會心理學的理論如何被運用到現代的社會現象
評分方式
1. Summary of assigned reading (40%): 針對上課所指定的讀物,選擇自己有興趣的主題文章,做一個摘要。內容包括研究問題,研究設計及結果。由於社會心理學的研究主要以實驗設計為主,因此一個研究通常包括多個實驗設計。在摘要報告中,必須說明多個實驗設計間的連結,如第二個實驗在補充實驗一的哪些不足,或為何要執行第二或第三、第四個實驗。除了文章摘要之外,至少須提出兩個問題於課堂上討論。碩士班同學至少需選擇10篇文章做摘要,博士班學生12篇。報告長度以一頁至一頁半為主,同學們必須學習如何在有限的篇幅,掌握到文章的重點。 2. Presentation and leading discussion (10%): 從每週課堂指定的reading中,選擇2篇在課堂上報告。上課時必須將摘要報告列印給所有同學,同學亦可補充資料以增加同學對該議題的了解。原則上,從第三周開始,每週1到2位學生報告。報告時請注意同學們的反應,同學有問題時可提問,老師亦會補充說明。 3.期末報告 (40%): 選擇一個社會心理學相關的議題,可選擇下列三種報告 格式:1). 以所學的理論來分析一個社會事件或社會現象;2). 文獻回顧、 整理與分析;3).研究計畫的設計。報告格式以APA的形式為主,在繳交 前於期末的最後一週在課堂上以15分鐘的時間簡單報告自己的研究主 題。繳交日期為6/23日。 4.上課參與 (10%):針對上課出席及討論情況予以評分。
