The content of the seminars will be divided on two parts: the first part includes: research ethics, secrets of paper writing, and the second one: basics of nano-world terminology, problems of modern physics and nano-electronics. Research ethics will include some cultural aspects and ethics in multi-cultural scientific media. The details how scientific paper have to be constructed will be shown. The valuable part of seminars concentrates on the physics of modern electronics, e.g. quantum spintronic devices will be considered as important part with application for sensors, memory and computational logic.
Intermediate English level.
