This is an introductory course of electrophysiology. It covers the origin, propagation, measurement and analysis of bioelectricity based on an engineering quantitative framework, and briefly extends to clinical cardiac and neural electrophysiology. The aim is to provide engineering students with fundamental understanding of bioelectricty for future works. 本課程為電生理入門課程,以工程定量的觀念為基礎,涵蓋生物電的起源,傳導,量測與分析,並簡略延伸到臨床神經與心臟電生理診斷治療。目標在於建立理工背景學生從事跨領域生醫工程研究應用的電學基本知識。
微積分,高階程式語言 (如 Matlab, LabVIEW, C)
Class participation: 20%, Homework: 50%, Final report and oral presentation: 30%
