# 課程概述 本課程為研究所進階課程,目標為引導同學針對國際商務仲裁領域重要議題有較為深入之認識,以增進研究與執業能力。 本課程前期,由授課教師依據選課同學能力,決定是否針對國際商務仲裁提供介紹性之講授。其後,由授課教師針對國際商務仲裁領域近來的重要發展趨勢,選擇重要議題,並提供相關文獻資料,由同學於課前閱讀,並於課堂上討論。課程後半,由同學針對其所選定之題目,報告報告大綱與初步研究成果。期末同學須提出課堂報告。 # 課程目標 本課程目標為增進同學對於國際商務仲裁領域重要發展趨勢之掌握,並鍛鍊此一領域之研究與撰寫能力,增進未來執業之重要知能。 # 預期學習成果 1. 熟悉國際商務仲裁領域發展趨勢。 2. 掌握國際商務仲裁領域近來重要議題。 3. 增進國際商務仲裁領域研究能力。 4. 鍛鍊國際商務仲裁領域之執業知能。 Course Description: This course aims to enhance the familiarity of important issues related to international commercial arbitration. Reading materials will be assigned, and students are expected to participate in class discussions. Students will be required to hand in a semester paper.
本課程為研究所進階課程,目標為引導同學針對國際商務仲裁重要議題有所認識,選定議題深入研究,並撰寫報告。適合對於國際商務仲裁相關領域有興趣之同學選修。亦適合有意增進國際商務仲裁領域知能,以培養未來執業能力之同學。 須具備英文文獻閱讀能力。 如未修過跨國商務交易與爭端解決或類似課程,仍可選修,授課教師會依據修課同學能力,決定是否於課程前階段提供國際商務仲裁之介紹性說明。
課程資訊公告與問題反映 : (E3、助教、資料庫、網站、討論區、補課方式) 課程相關事項將透過E3教學平台適時發布,課程相關問題可透過教師信箱,與所辦行政助理(jca888@g2.nctu.edu.tw、03-5712121*57566)反應。 本課程主要進行方式為由同學針對指定閱讀資料加以討論,課程後期則為同學報告與討論。 在職專班、及學分班學生經授課教師同意,可以以下方式上課 : 網路同步教學 : (說明口頭報告、出席率計算方式) 1. 報告方式 : (線上報告、實體教室報告、錄影報告) : 2. 出席率計算方式 : (Adobe平台線上登入點名):以登入同步教學平台,線上助教點名為準。
評量方法:平時課堂討論(20%)、課堂報告(20%)、期末報告(60%) 平時課堂討論:同學須於課堂前閱讀完指定教材,並於課堂上積極參與討論。 課堂報告:包括由同學依據其研究進度,分次報告研究議題、報告大綱、以及初步研究內容。報告前三天,應將相關資料上傳e3供同學閱讀。未報告之同學應閱讀相關資料,並於課堂上參與提問與討論。 期末報告:同學應繳交至少一萬字中文或6000字英文之報告。
