This course is intended to provide students all the fundamentals in image processing by using mathematical modeling approaches. Our aims are 1. to build a theoretical foundation of fundamental Image Processing concepts based on partial differential equations and energy methods; 2. to acquire some experience and practical techniques in image processing by writing programs using MATLAB codes.
Calculus、Linear Algebra 、Ordinary differential equations and Matlab
We will discuss at the beginning of the semester
1. Take-home and in-class Assignments: 60% 2. Final Project Report: 40 %
