概述

The course correspond to the field of electronics which include the electric and magnetic control gates, e.g. application of multiferroic materials or their combination for FeRAM, magnetic materials for MRAM, magneto-electric sensors, etc. Considering the operation principals of spintronics or spin-based electronic devices. The conditions for the optimization of spin lifetimes, transport of spin-polarized carriers across relevant length scales and hetero-interfaces. Some elements of structure modelling and programming using Python or other high level languages like Wolfram Mathematica or MATLAB.
