課程主要在介紹VLSI設計當中所使用的EDA(electronic design automation)工具之演算法,包含邏輯合成 (logic synthesis)、實體設計 (physical design) 與測試 (testing) 等,讓學生了解如何運用程式能力解決IC設計所遭遇的問題,每單元理論課程皆有配套之專題實作,以達成理論與實作結合之成效。希望能引導學生在學理及實作上的統合能力,進而誘發學生對電子設計自動化(EDA)領域的興趣,以培育量多質精的EDA相關人才。

Programming Assignments: 50% Final Exam: 35% Final Project: 15% (with 10% bonus)
