概述
This course aims to help students to express themselves clearly and fluently in English for academic and professional purposes. Through the reading of a wide range of materials, we will systematically explore major types of English discourse. Besides in-class and/or take-home assignments, a report from a team work project is also required.
評分方式
Writing assignments 55% Team Work Project (10-12 pages; around 4500 words) 25 % Participation and attendance 20 % (*3 unexcused absences equal to a failing grade.)
