概述
Fundamental and advanced knowledges/technologies of Semiconductor and Display: Semiconductor - Below N16 FEOL, MEOL and BEOL integrated schemes. - Process and hardware of FEP, Implant, Etch, DSM, CMP, DSM (CVD), MDP (PVD) and Lithography product. - Process flow of Foundry and DRAM. Display: - What is TFT LCD, Advanced OLED, Micro-LED and Quantum Dot (QD)? - CVD and PVD of TFT LCD
先修科目
With the capabilities of knowing Semiconductor and Display are preferred.
