精密與自動化工程學程以培育產業所需精密機械及自動化工程研發人才為宗旨,開設課程涵蓋精密機械之設計、製造、檢測以及自動化相關各專業基礎與應用學科,本組課程提供理論與實務結合的教育與訓練。數位控制器廣泛應用於工業控制領域,其關鍵主要在於快速運算能力及輸入輸出界面, 在工業控制的應用領域,如智慧機械控制、精密伺服馬達控制,機器人控制、飛行機械控制、電動車伺服控制等, 採用數位訊號處理晶片來實現數位控制法則。本課程學習數位控制器設計方法及應用實例, 建立系統數位控制器設計概念 1. 類比與數位訊號之間的轉換 2. 系統訊號取樣與動態分析 3. 根軌跡法數位控制器設計 3. Lead/Lag, PI/PD/PID數位控制器設計與模擬分析軟體使用 4. 如何將數位控制器設計逐步實現在實際工程系統上 Aim: To provide the students with an understanding of the fundamentals of Digital Control design and provide guidelines of current trends in the field. Intended knowledge outcomes: - Understanding of basic digital control systems and their relationship to continuous systems. - Understanding of controller design methods based on z-plane. Intended skill outcomes: - Transformation from continuous to discrete time domain - Design and implementation of digital controllers and digital filters
