概述

This course is for beginners of Labview. We learn what is labview and how to use it. This labview can be used for machine control, data collection, and data analysis. In later part of this course, those advanced techniques will be introduced showing example.

1. Homework and Assignments: submit homework via e-mail 2. Exams and Quizzes: two times paper test as a midterm exam and a final exam 3. Evaluation and Grading Policy: based on attendance, quality of homeworks, and exams. 4. Pedagogy and other supplementary information (websites, TAs, handouts and/or databases): detail will be announced in the first class of this course

第 10 週Introductions for demonstration and DIY exercise Arduino (for Analog I/O) basic functions installation of developing environment software how to write/send a code Virtual Instrument Software Architecture (VISA) for instrument control (via serial/GPIB/...) for read/write with Arduino (via virtual serial)
第 11 週1. Demonstration for instrument control machine control (motorized stage by VISA Read/Write) 2. Demonstration (or DIY exercise) for DAQ analog input (using Arduino + thermometer IC) analog-like output by PWM (using Arduino + earphone) 3. DIY exercise to call external dll a) easy one by .NET framework 4.0 based (C#) make your own dll and call it b) traditional one (C/C++/...) call Win32API of kernal32.dll (already in windows)

教科書

All the slides of PPT files will be uploaded on the web site of this course. (e-campus system). Manuals provided in PDF format (user manual) will be used as reference in this course. They are freely available in the web site of National Instruments.
