本學期邀請14-16位學者就不同領域給予演講,透過演講使學生了解各領域新的發展與方向。

通過標準:參加13場以上。 Because of COVID-19, some talks are canceled. So the grading policy is changed as follows: You have to attend at least 10 talks in the colloquium. If you have any health concern, you have two different ways to get 10: 1. you may find some other time to attend seminars or conferences organized by other departments, but the topics need to related to math/applied math (Please take a picture to show me that you have attended). 2. you may watch seminar videos online (related to math/applied math). In this way, you need to write a short report to show that you have watched it. If you choose 1 or 2, by June 30, please send an email from E3 to me to show how many talks you got from 1 or 2.
