元件設計與模擬實驗

本課程旨在教導學生使用當代積體電路元件模擬軟體去設計與模擬實作積體電路元件、面板顯示器薄膜電晶體、太陽能電池元件、以及生醫感測電晶體。以指令解說與範例實作讓學生了解元件的設計、模擬、分析、診斷與應用。 The course aims to teach students to use modern integrated circuit device simulation software to design and implement integrated circuit device, the panel display thin film transistor, the solar cell device, and biomedical sensing transistor. By interpretation of instructions and examples, students will be able to understand the device design, simulation, analysis, diagnostics, and application.

一、實驗之各回講義皆發放給修課同學,課程相關事項公告於學校e3課程網站。 二、每實驗單元先講授基本原理以及實驗注意事項,修課學生進行實驗,並接受評分。

實驗單元/Simulation Labs.: 60%; (完成每回實驗,預計12次實驗) 期末筆試/Final Exam: 10%; (手寫期末筆試) 期末專題/Term project: 30%. (完成課堂指定的期末專題)
