概述
有鑑於因應2019新冠狀病毒(COVID-19)疫情的各種防疫措施所引發的諸多爭議,在這門課中,我們將藉由閱讀不同途徑的文獻,探討緊急狀態與主權決斷、犧牲邏輯、殖民種族主義、實體與想像邊界的建構與管制、國籍與人口分類、民主參與、醫療公民權與人權、全球健康治理與醫療資源分配、後事實與民粹主義、以及存活與脆弱性等一系列當前爭議所涉及的生命—政治—倫理—情感問題。
評分方式
1. 準時出席、參與課堂討論(缺席超過三次者,將無法獲得本課程學分) 2. 每週閱讀筆記(請於每週二上午10點前上傳至e-3課程網站):40% 3. 課堂口頭報告(次數依選課人數而定):20% 4. 期末書面報告(一萬字左右,2020/8/31下午5:00前上傳至e-3課程網站):40%
