The main focus of this course is to explore the operation principles of semiconductor devices to understand the relation between the device geometry and material parameters. Starting with basic reviews of fundamental physics, we will go through major contents including the fundamental laws of operation of semiconductors, various properties of different junctions, as well as devices.
