高等有機化學(一)

Prime objective of the Advanced Organic Chemistry (I) is the provision of an in-depth understanding of the structure and reactivity of organic compounds and the related reaction mechanisms. The lectures will cover the topics of chapters 1-7 in Part A of the textbook. Some topics of part B of the textbook will be discussed selectively.

Students should pass the organic chemistry I and II in the undergraduate studies. The lectures will be given in English and students should have the basic English writing and listening skills.

There will be a mid-term and a final examination. The dates of the examinations will be announced later (usually according to the school calendar).
