生物統計

The course covers statistical topics useful in biomedical applications, such as nonparametric analysis, survival analysis, generalized linear model and categorical data analysis.

First-year students majored in statistics are suitable for taking the course. Other students with some statistics backgrounds and the interest in learning applied statistical methods are also welcomed.

The lecture notes will be uploaded to E3 one day before the class. Students need to bring the printed handouts to class.

Homework: 30% Final exam: 35% Group report: 35% - Oral presentation - Written report

There are some reference books but there no textbook.
