光電子學

本課程為交大光電系碩士班之必修課程。本課程將介紹光電元件的原理並建立學生所需的相關知識。我們將教授量子力學、半導體物理、波導理論、光與半導體的交互作用等,並應用於半導體雷射、光偵測器、太陽能電池、光調制器等。

修課學生應具有基礎電磁學或光學知識。
