概述
This course aims to provide the students with a piece of comprehensive knowledge about the field of Mathematical biology and help them learn how to read research papers. We will read some classical papers related to the following topics: (1) Traveling waves (2) Spreading speed for invasive species (3) Turing instability (4) The dynamics for epidemic models (5) Chemostat, and so on...

Presentations (in English) 70% (students will be assigned to present a couple of papers in this course) Homework (a small project) 30% (students will pick a topic based on our course outcomes )
