This class aims to summarize emergent research fields of laser manipulation and fabrication of organic and bio matters as Optical Force Chemistry and to transfer my research reality to graduate students. The lecture consists of three parts. First, fundamental concepts of molecular excitation, relaxation, energy transfer, and electron transfer are explained, and necessary spectroscopy, microscopy, as well as micro- and nano- spectroscopy methods are summarized. Second, starting from fundamental non-linear photochemical processes, electronic and molecular mechanism of laser ablation is proposed, and its application is introduced. Third, chemical and physical phenomena induced by optical force are summarized and explained, and their future potential in science and technology is considered.
