本課程著重在企業募資各階段的需求以及培育未來創投、私募股權基金之經理人,課程包含基礎的創投理論、投資條件並要求學生進行個案研討。授課規劃上以投資人角度出發,介紹包含天使投資、創業投資以及私募股權基金之理論與實務,同學需利用個案研讀以及田野調查來學習以及理解該產業。課程利用具有產業經驗以及理論基礎的實務書籍,由同學以讀書會方式進行報告以及討論。本課程預期培育未來的創投、私募股權基金經理人,因此學生在本課程訓練以及討論後,需要具有創新以及執行能力,對特定產業以及投資技能有所必要之理解。
管理學、基礎管理理論、財務管理基礎
The students are required to read assignments per week. During class, students discuss the readings and apply the concepts to practices. The instructor will also guide practice cases to supplement the text readings. The major objective of this course is to develop students’ essential senses of investors and specific industry. Late work and unexcused absences can result in the lower grade.
Participation in class (30%); Field Investigation Presentation and discussion (30%); Projects (40%) Projects: 1. Students will work on VC or PE investor visiting and field investigation projects by group as the midterm project. 2. Students will work in teams (typically three or four people) on discrete projects of industry M&A report as the final project.
