概述
本課程討論產業組織中如何透過人力資源管理功能的運作,以強化組織適應環境的能力,並達成長遠的組織目標。透過本課程,學習者將能瞭解如何思考、規劃及建立策略性人力資源管理制度,以及如何推動各項相關的變革。
