詳細概論光學光譜理論‚並介紹如何將這些理論運用於現代分子和細胞生物物理和生物化學◦內容包括分子中電子能階與轉動能階的吸收,螢光光譜的形成與運用,圓二色性的原理與應用,核磁共振原理與圖譜解析與X-ray繞射結晶學等應用◦ This course will provide fundamental concepts on optical spectroscopy which is used to study the structure and function of biological macromolecules. The goal of this course is to help students to develop physical understanding about daily-used instruments in biophysical and biochemistry laboratory.
基礎物理、基礎化學 (General physics and chemistry) Although all the course materials are prepared in English, this course is still a Mandarin-orientated course. All the lectures will be given in Mandarin.
