* 根據陽明交大上課時間表所列
This course aims at developing and enhancing students' public speaking skills so they can apply the learned skills in presentations targeting academic settings. Each student is required to complete a group presentation on an assigned lesson, practicing how to systematically give informative and persuasive speeches, how to manage voice and gestures smoothly, how to construct effective introductions and conclusions as well as how to handle visual aids easily. In doing these, students can develop their confidence and fluency while they are presenting. The instruction also includes various speaking and pronunciation drills, followed by EnglishCentral learning app and peer feedback practice.
