概述
本實驗課程包含免疫學、微生物學及病毒學應用於臨床檢驗的實驗原理與技術操作。This course introduces the principle and offers hands-on activities of clinical testing based on immunology, microbiology, and virology.
教學方式
1.了解並操作以免疫學為基礎的臨床檢測 2.操作基礎微生物培養與染色及鑑定方法學習 3.學習病毒培養與定量技術 1.To learn and operate immunology-based tests used in clinical diagnosis 2.Students will learn and operate microbial culture and staining techniques, and understand how to use microscope to observe microbes. 3.Students will learn how to culture and quantify viruses in a specimen
