主要的課程內容包含: (1) 營養在個體運動中扮演的角色;(2) 運動時的能量代謝;(3) 生理各個系統對運動的反應與適應;(4) 環境壓力與運動表現。The main contents of the course include: (1) nutrition: the base for physical activity, (2) energy for physical activity, (3) responses and adaptations to exercise in different physiological systems, (4) environmental stress and exercise performance.
使學生了解個體在單次運動時的生理反應與運動訓練產生的生理適應。 The goal of the course is to provide the students with fundamental knowledge about physiologic response and adaptation to physical activity.
