概述
本課程目標在讓同學了解基礎統計概念及健康科學領域常用的統計分析方法。首先介紹醫學研究常用研究設計、取樣方法及資料結構、包括假說驅動(hypothesis-driven)與資料驅動(data-driven)研究之特性與注意事項。統計分析內容包括資料整理與敘述、統計推論概念、平均值與比例值的比較、及線性迴歸模式。學生需有能力使用統計計算工具,應用上述所學分析實際資料並判讀結果。本課程亦將以案例方式簡介健康科學相關期刊上常見的統計方法,期望同學了解期刊文章統計方法的使用時機及結果解讀。 講演教材: 上課講義、參考資料、及資料集將置放於NewE3平台供同學下載。 計算工具:課堂上的資料分析範例軟體操作影片或程式將置放於NewE3平台。同學可使用任何工具或套裝軟體完成資料分析作業,不限學校授權軟體。
