長期照護學(二)

課程綱要 學生於上學期對於涉及失能者生理、心理及社會面向相關議題,有整體性理解 後,下學期期望學生應用長照服務品質的元素,對於長照服務的內容要進行深入 分析,並對跨專業團隊的的角色功能有進一步認識。 長照服務常發生的倫理困境,專業人員如何介入解決,也是學生在課程中需領會 到,也同理住民的權益是否被重視。倫理困境可能引起機構風險之一,機構如何 應變業務風險及環境風險,希望學生透過課程學習,能建立評估及處理的能力。 students will learn about issues surrounding the physical, mental, social aspects of the disabled and the factors of a quality long-term care service, as well as analyzing the context of long-term care service. As for moral conflicts, which is a potent issue in long-term care service, it is also important for students to comprehend. We wish that students would learn the skills of risk management through our course as the moral conflict could cause a major risk in the facility's quality evaluation.

In long-term care service, the staff will deal with moral conflicts 5. In long-term care service, we have to protect the rights of the residents to prevent abuses. 6. Understanding risk management within the long-term care facilities. 7. Learn how long-term care facilities prevent and deal with natural disasters.
