本堂課程的特定目標如下: 一、建立微菌叢與人類疾病的重要核心能力。 二、建立微菌叢相關研究的重要知識與能力。 三、建立在國際期刊發表微菌叢研究成果的能力。This course is specifically designed for students who have interest to conduct microbiota research, and published papers in international scientific journals. First part of the course will introduce the roles of microbiota in human diseases, such as digestive diseases, cancers, metabolic diseases, cardiovascular diseases, dermatological diseases, and pediatric diseases, etc. The second part of the course will introduce the methods to do microbiota bioinformatics analysis, biochemical or physiological analysis, and the concept of fecal microbiota transplantation. The specific aims are as follows. First, establish the important core knowledge of microbiota. Second, establish the important knowledge and ability to do microbiota study. Third, enhance the capability to publish microbiota research articles in international scientific journals.
