概述
After taking this course, students will understand the important characteristics of microelectronic devices and some of their basic applications, and be able to analyze basic microelectronic circuits.

According to the regulations of NYCU, this course will be given on-line at https://meet.google.com/hdt-jdvs-yiv from 9/13 to 9/26. Related information will be announced on T.A. at 807, Engineering building V, Ext. 54397
評分方式
1. A mid-term and a final examinations. 2. Several in-class examinations. 3. Grading policy: 30% for the mid-term and 30% for the final examination, 40% for in-class exam and performance.
