概述
Group testing a special kind of search methodology. In recent years it plays an important role in DNA sequencing and several related topics. We shall introduce most of the techniques used in this topic first and then discover its applications on computational molecular biology and also communications.

Discrete Mathematics and Linear Algebra

All materials will be lectured in classes.
評分方式
There are three term papers to work on for a total of 100 points. The schedule will be posted in the beginning of semester.
