正確地了解基本循環學之知識及常見或重要之心臟血管疾病。內容按照心臟疾病之分類,從解剖、生理到病理,按部就班說明循環系統的疾病和臨床知識。To correctly comprehend the knowledge of basic circulation and common cardiovascular diseases. Basing on the classification of the cardiac diseases, the courses elaborate the diseases and clinical knowledge of the circulatory system step by step from anatomy, physiology to pathology.

The curriculums encompass the pathophysiology, clinical aspects and treatment about major cardiovascular diseases, including hypertension ischemic heart disease, lipidology, congestive heart failure, pericardial disease, cardiomyopathy, valvular heart disease, aortic and other vascular disease, cardiac arrhythmias, and congenital heart disease. There are also pharmacology lectures to address the drug therapy for these diseases. We designed 2 cases for problem-based learning. These cases are interesting and provocative. There are also clinical skill-training classes in the conference room in the CV ward. CV chief residents will teach basic techniques about physical examination of cardiovascular system. We also provide audiotapes and CD-ROM for ensuring the learning of auscultation of heart sound and the measurement of blood pressure.
