一、 了解如何從解剖,生理,藥理等神經科相關基礎醫學知識,轉譯到臨床神經學的運用。 二、 認識神經科相關疾病的病生理,診斷和治療。 三、 學習神經系統檢查方法與技術。 四、 認識腦電圖、肌電圖及其他特殊檢查(例如:神經放射線學,腦血管超音波檢查等) 的基本原理和臨床適應症。 五、 了解神經內外科合作整合醫療的運作方式和需要性。 六、 以問題學習導向病例討論的方式,培養自學及獨立解決問題的能力,訓練思考及表達成果的完整性。 七、 全人醫療:醫學倫理、醫事法律相關知識學習及病人安全、感染管制、醫療品質提升及全人醫療等知識探討。 八、 介紹神經醫學之發展趨勢及新治療方式,如基因診斷,基因治療,幹細胞治療等。 九、 閱讀神經科相關書籍,充實神經科學相關知識。I. Learn how to translate basic anatomy, physiology, pharmacology and related neuromedical knowledge to the application of clinical neurology. 2. Understand the pathpphysiology, diagnosis and treatment of neurological related diseases. 3. Learn the skills of neurological examinations. 4. Recognize the basic principles and clinical indications of EEG, EMG and other special examinations (such as neuroradiology, cerebrovascular doppler, etc.). 5. understand the cooperation in clinical management between neurology and neurosurgery. 6. Using cases discussion in problem-based learning to cultivate self-learning and independent problem solving skills, and to train the thinking process and expressing the integrity of results. 7. Holistic treatment: to learn knowledge about medical ethics, medical law related knowledge and patient safety, infection control, medical quality promotion and holistic care. 8. Introduce the development trend of neurology and new treatment, such as genetic diagnosis, gene therapy, stem cell therapy, etc. 9. read books related to neurology and neuroscience, enrich the knowledge of neuroscience.

This block provides a bridge to clinical practice for medical students. It is a course that will integrate all types of brain diseases, i.e. neurological and psychiatric disorders, the encompassing pharmacology, clinical neurology, psychiatry, neurosurgery, neuroimaging and neuro-rehabilitation. Four-year medical students will spend five weeks to complete this course. The lecture-based education will be significantly reduced and is replaced by problem-based and self-directed learning.
