本課程設計針對本系修過皮拉提斯墊上運動技巧之大學生,教導使用小輔具以及器械來執行皮拉提斯復健運動,以問題導向式學習法(problem-based learning)配合物理治療評估,探討臨床應用的整合觀念。 This course is designed for undergraduates who have completed Pilates mat exercise skills in this department. It teaches the use of small assistive devices and equipment to perform Pilates rehabilitation exercises, using problem-based learning with physical therapy Assess and explore the integrated concept of clinical application.
學生在修習本課程後,應具有以下能力: 1. 能執行並教導皮拉提斯墊上輔具運動 2. 能執行皮拉提斯各種器械運動 3. 能應用推理概念,整合皮拉提斯運動於物理治療評估中 4. 能設計皮拉提斯運動給適當的病患 5. 能瞭解皮拉提斯運動之適應症與禁忌 After taking this course, students should have the following abilities: 1. Able to perform and teach Pilates to exercise on assistive devices 2. Able to perform various exercises of Pilates 3. Able to apply reasoning concepts and integrate Pilates exercises in physical therapy assessment 4. Able to design Pilates exercises for appropriate patients 5. Able to understand the indications and contraindications of Pilates exercise
