課程內容包含:各種致癌基因及抑癌基因在腫瘤幹細胞各階段所扮演的角色、化學致癌物及腫瘤相關病毒對腫瘤幹細胞的研究、腫瘤幹細胞在基因治療癌症上的應用、腫瘤幹細胞對腫瘤血管生成之調控、腫瘤幹細胞內抑癌基因甲基化及其基因表現、端粒調控與腫瘤生成等。We will discuss the roles of tumor suppressor genes or oncogenes during the development of cancer stem cells. We will also discuss the impact of different factors including carcinogens or virus on tumorigenicity mediated through cancer stem cell. Application of cancer stem cell on tumor therapy. Effects of methylation or telomerase on tumorigenicity mediated by cancer stem cells.
以分子生物學的觀點,探討腫瘤生成過程中負責腫瘤生成的少數量腫瘤幹細胞的變化及功能。以研讀現今各相關之研究論文並進行討論。Through the view of molecular biology to elucidate the function of the rare subpopulation of cancer stem cells in primary tumors or cancer cell lines, which is the main player to cause the tumor formations.
