In this course, we provide in-depth exploration of Histone molecules in disease development, in which the biogenesis, post-translational processing as well as the metabolic turnover of Histone molecules will be discussed. This will help the attending students gain insights to the oncogenesis and tissue sig-naling that underpins the key process of disease onset. Moreover, the course will be conducted with a dynamic interaction manner, whereby questions and topics can be raised interruptedly with regard to the lecture content. Profound group discussion and topic presentations were required twice in this class.
